Green Prawns

Simply heat some olive oil and butter in a frying pan on medium to high heat, add garlic and chilli to your taste and fry the mix for about 1 minute. Add some peeled, Green Prawns and stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until they’re cooked through. Add some lemon juice and coriander, toss the mix to combine and serve.
